Obviously, Jared Padalecki is Sam Winchester, the youngest of the two Winchester boys. He is one of only two actors to appear in every episode of the show. In those 327 episodes, Padalecki got to play a few different characters. Most notably, he got to portray Lucifer when he first possessed Sam in season five.
